Eric Sweet has a diverse work experience, starting in 2011 as the Chapter President of the Delta Tau Delta Fraternity. Eric then served as an HR Analyst at RaceTrac Petroleum from 2013 to 2015, where they focused on automation of HR functions and implemented effective data collection methods. From 2015 to 2017, Eric worked as the Manager of Compensation, Talent & HR Analytics at Rollins, Inc., where they developed reporting techniques, managed the Merit Review processes, and recommended process improvements.
