Matt Whiting has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Matt began their career at Taylor Consulting Group in 1992 as a Manager, providing financial consultancy services to a range of clients. In 1997, they joined Brookwood Associates as a Senior Vice President, specializing in investment banking services for middle-market companies. Matt stayed with Brookwood until 2011 when they moved to TechCXO, where they served as the Managing Partner in the Corporate Finance division. At TechCXO, Matt provided comprehensive business infrastructure and financial management services to software, technology, life sciences, manufacturing, and services industries. In 2013, they joined Rollins, Inc. as the Director of Acquisitions, overseeing numerous pest control services and expansion projects. Matt then rose to the position of Managing Director, Mergers & Acquisitions at Rollins, Inc., and eventually became the Vice President of Corporate Development. Throughout their career, Matt Whiting has demonstrated their expertise in mergers and acquisitions, financial management, and business development across various sectors.
Matt Whiting has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University and a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance from Georgia State University.
