Tom Sharp

Tom Sharp is a seasoned automotive professional with extensive experience in engineering and management, primarily at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars since 2008. Currently serving as the Manager of New Product Integration and Manager of Liaison Engineering & Bespoke Release, Tom oversees dynamic engineering teams responsible for series and launch vehicles at Plant Goodwood. Tom's expertise includes leading bespoke automotive engineering projects, problem-solving, and engineering design, with a focus on quality, time, and cost targets. Prior roles include leading bespoke vehicle engineering and managing manufacturing processes. Additionally, experience at BMW Group as an Automotive Engineer enhances Tom's strong background in vehicle architecture and design. Tom holds both an MSc and BEng in Engineering from Loughborough University.
