Principal Human Factors Engineer at Rolls-Royce SMR

Caroline Sayce (Elliott) has a diverse work experience in the field of human factors engineering. Caroline started their career at Atkins as a Human Factors Consultant in 2002 and worked there until 2009. Caroline then joined Bombardier Transportation as a Human Factors Specialist and remained in that role until 2012. Caroline then moved to Rolls-Royce, where they served as a Senior Human Factors Engineer for a decade. In 2022, they transitioned to Cavendish Nuclear as a Principal Human Factors Consultant and stayed until 2023. Currently, they are working at Rolls-Royce SMR as a Principal Human Factors Engineer, a position they began in 2023.

Caroline Sayce (Elliott) attended Invicta Grammar School from 1994 to 1999. Caroline then pursued a degree in Ergonomics at Loughborough University from 1999 to 2002.
