Gareth began their career as an IT Administrator/Junior DBA at Flex in 2006 and has since worked in various roles as a SQL Server DBA, primarily specializing in database administration and management.
Gareth Oakes holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computing from Liverpool John Moores University. In terms of certifications, they have obtained multiple certifications from Microsoft, including the Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate, and MCSA: SQL 2016 Database Administration. Gareth has also completed various exams related to Microsoft Azure and SQL database administration.
