Amy Derbyshire

Amy Derbyshire serves as the People Director for the Defence sector at Rolls-Royce, a role held since September 2009. With extensive experience in various senior HR positions across Rolls-Royce's global operations, including impactful roles in Civil Aerospace and Turbines, Amy has demonstrated a strong capability in formulating and leading people strategies that support significant business functions. Prior to Rolls-Royce, Amy held HR positions at AXA PPP Healthcare, PepsiCo International, Gillette, and Ericsson, showcasing a diverse background in HR management and talent acquisition. Academic qualifications include a BSc in Business, Finance & Economics from the University of East Anglia and ongoing professional development with CIPD certifications.
