Manuel Baret

Manuel Baret is an accomplished sales and operations professional with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Sales for Rolls-Royce in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia since February 2020, Manuel has successfully planned and executed strategic sales initiatives and managed high-value negotiations. Prior to this role, Manuel held positions at Thales as an Account Manager focusing on customer account strategies, and at Embraer as a Regional Customer Support Manager, optimizing service across Europe. Additional experience includes technical management at Qatar Airways and flight operations engineering at Global Jet Luxembourg. Manuel holds a Master of Science in Mécanique Numérique from Mines Paris - PSL and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mécanique/Aéronautique from Polytechnique Montréal.
