Yvonne Ong

Yvonne Ong currently serves as the Head of Global Learning & Skills in People Services at Rolls-Royce from February 2022, focusing on building a high-performing and resilient organization. Prior to this role, Yvonne was the Regional HR Director for APAC at CMA CGM and held positions such as Head of Human Resources APAC at Flowserve Corporation and Regional HR Business Partner at Johnson Controls. Additional experience includes a significant tenure at Singapore Telecommunication Pte. Ltd. as Senior HR Manager, and development roles at the Singapore Human Resources Institute and Civil Service College. Yvonne holds a Master of Science in Asia Pacific HRM and a BBA in Marketing, both from the National University of Singapore.
