Zahra Shirazi

Zahra Shirazi is an accomplished Chief Talent Officer, currently at Rolls-Royce since May 2023, with extensive experience in talent management across various industries. Previously, Zahra served in similar roles at RELX and Ericsson, where talent functions were led for Europe and Latin America. Earlier career highlights include leadership positions at Barclays Investment Bank, Accenture, the Royal Bank of Scotland Business, and BT Group, where foundational experience began as an MSc intern transitioning to a graduate program. Zahra holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership and a Master's in Management from the London School of Economics and Political Science, alongside key executive education credentials from The Wharton School and Harvard Business School, complemented by a BSc in Psychology from the University of London.
