Mugdha Hande

Mugdha Hande is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development, human resources, and training. Currently serving as a Corporate Trainer at Rolta India Limited since April 2016, Mugdha focuses on enhancing organizational learning. Prior experience includes roles as Deputy Manager of Human Resources at Ion Exchange India Ltd, where contributions spanned learning and development as well as organization development, and as a Trainer at Shradha HRD specializing in soft skills and behavioral training. Previous positions include Senior Human Resources Officer at Rah Legal Knowledge Process Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities involved HR operations including onboarding, and a Senior Associate role at Serco. Mugdha holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Bhavans College.
