Marina Ceclan

Marina Ceclan is an experienced education and program management professional currently serving as Team Lead for K–12 Initiatives at ICTC-CTIC, focusing on digital literacy programs that prepare students for modern careers. Previously, Marina directed the Excellence Center at the Romanian United Foundation, where a team of 16 teachers delivered courses to over 100 children in the diaspora. Marina's prior roles include various positions at the Canadian Bar Association and ICTC, emphasizing employer engagement and project coordination. Marina holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business.
