Thomas Fiala has over 20 years of experience in the pizza industry. Thomas started their career in 1992 as a General Manager with Azzip Inc d.b.a. Marco's Pizza and worked their way up to become a District Manager. In 1997, they joined Hallrich Inc d.b.a. Pizza Hut as a General Manager and won several awards for sales growth and guest check growth. Since 2009, Thomas has been working at Romeo's Pizza, first as a Senior Franchise Consultant and currently as the Director of Operations. In their role, they oversee company and franchise stores in the Canton, Cleveland, and Columbus market, focusing on brand integrity and profitability.
Thomas Fiala obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Kent State University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
