As the owner of Ron Austin Law since 1995, Austin leads a full-service law firm that prioritizes client representation and justice advocacy. With a background as an Assistant District Attorney at the Jefferson Parish District Attorney's Office from 1997 to 2000, Austin tried nearly 100 jury cases in the felony trial division. Additionally, Austin has contributed to legal education as an adjunct professor at Tulane University Law School, teaching trial education and advocacy from 2001 to 2011. In the field of real estate development, Austin has focused on enriching communities through hotel, condo, and commercial developments for nearly 30 years. Austin holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southern University Law Center and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Southeastern Louisiana University.
