Lisa Blackwood-Kapral serves as a member of the Board of Directors and Finance and Investment Committees for Ronald McDonald House Charities since 2023. Currently, Lisa holds the position of Chief Accounting Officer and recently served as Interim CFO at Lyft, leading a global team of over 100 finance professionals while overseeing significant operational cost reductions and strategic initiatives. Previously, Lisa served as Chief Accounting Officer and VP Finance at Lyft, contributing to major financial decisions and successful implementation of systems like Oracle ERP. With extensive experience in finance leadership roles across various companies, including Shutterfly, Stella & Dot, and Gymboree, Lisa has a proven track record in financial reporting, team management, and process improvements. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
