Nir Lion has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Nir has served as the Director of Finance at Raw Entertainment since 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Superbet from 2019 to 2022. Before joining Superbet, Nir was a Board Member at Digital Cinema Media from 2017 to 2019. Nir also worked at Cineworld Group Plc, first as the UK & Ireland Finance Director from 2017 to 2019 and later as the Czech Republic & Slovakia Finance Director from 2015 to 2017. Before joining Cineworld Group Plc, Nir worked at Cineworld Group Plc (old Cinema City International) as an Assistant Financial Controller from 2011 to 2015. Nir began their career as a Senior Associate at KPMG Israel from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Nir has a background in academia, having served as a Lecturer at The Open University of Israel from 2009 to 2015.
Nir Lion holds an MBA in International Business from the University of Haifa, which was obtained in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a BA in Economics, with a major in Accounting, from the same university in 2008. In 2010, they also obtained a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel.
