Andrew Ledger has extensive work experience in the housing industry, spanning over three decades. Andrew currently holds the position of Head of Risk and Assurance at Rooftop Housing Group, where they are responsible for ensuring compliance and managing risk across the organization. Prior to this, Andrew worked at Bromford as the Head of Customer Engagement. Andrew also held various leadership roles at Merlin Housing Society, including Head of Governance / Company Secretary and Head of Business Improvement and Assurance. Before joining Merlin Housing Society, Andrew served as the Director at OpenMind Housing Solutions Ltd. Andrew Ledger attended Calday Grange Grammar School from 1975 to 1982. After completing their secondary education, they enrolled at Sheffield Hallam University from 1982 to 1986. There, they pursued a degree in Housing Studies Ba(Hons) at the Centre for Regional Economic and Social Research.
