Lisa Arnold CIHM is an experienced housing development professional with a strong background in project management and customer service. Currently serving as a Development Officer at Rooftop Housing Group since July 2019, Lisa has held various roles in the housing sector, including Business Support Project Officer at Fortis Living and Development Coordinator at Worcester Community Housing. Throughout the career, responsibilities have included managing Right to Buy sales, overseeing S106 developments, and ensuring properties meet decent homes standards. Lisa also has experience in financial monitoring and customer relations from earlier positions at Festival Housing Group and ELGAR Housing Association Limited. Lisa holds an HNC in Housing from Worcs Tech and has completed training at Quanta Training Centre.
