Mark Ramdehal BSc MBA has over 30 years of experience in the housing industry. Mark has held various leadership roles in development and property management. Most recently, they have served as the Head of Development at Rooftop Housing Group since May 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Land & Planning at the same company from May 2020 to May 2022. Mark has also worked as the Property Development Manager at Housing 21 from April 2019 to April 2020. Mark has held the role of Head of Development at both whg from October 2018 to March 2019 and Fortis Living from October 2014 to June 2018. Mark has also gained experience at Severn Vale Housing as Development Manager and Head of Development from October 2009 to September 2014, and at Sandwell MBC as Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor from October 1992 to June 2004. Mark began their career as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Nicol Thomas from September 1988 to May 1991.
Mark Ramdehal earned a HNC in Building Studies from Birmingham Polytechnic in 1990. Mark then pursued a BSc in Quantity Surveying from Birmingham City University, completing their studies in 1996. In 2002, Mark enrolled in OCR and obtained an NVQ Level 5 in Operational Management. Mark later attended the University of Worcester from 2010 to 2012, where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies. In 2012, Mark continued their education at the University of Worcester, earning an MBA in Business in 2013.
