Matthew Townley is an experienced ICT Analyst and Developer with a career spanning over two decades in software development and database management. Currently, Matthew has been with Rooftop Housing Group since July 2017. Previous roles include SQL Developer at British Dressage and Developer/Analyst positions at Lloyds TSB International Retail Banking, Sandwell MBC, DEFRA (Animal Health), and Extreme Testing Ltd. Matthew’s expertise includes the development of MS Access systems for various applications, including social work questionnaires and production line monitoring. Earlier in the career, Matthew served as a Programmer at Open GI and an Application Developer at Ofwat, with foundational experience as a Database Application Developer at TRANSCO. Matthew holds an HNC in Computing from South Birmingham College and has pursued further education at The Open University and Coventry University.
