Yuri Zayarny has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a High school exchange student in the FSA/FLEX exchange program from August 1994 to June 1995. Yuri then worked in various financial roles at Procter & Gamble from August 1999 to May 2009, including Group Finance Manager, Finance Manager/Controller, Plant Finance Manager, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst.
After that, Yuri worked as the Finance Director - Ukraine at TUI GROUP from May 2009 to July 2013, where they established a lean and efficient finance department, implemented financial and management information systems, and ensured strong controls and successful audits.
From July 2013 to April 2018, they served as the CFO - Ukraine at Bel, where they were responsible for the financial management of the company.
Yuri then worked as an Independent Finance Consultant at YZ Finance from May 2018 onwards, providing finance advice to businesses in various industries, such as food, gaming, cyber-sports, and clothing.
In December 2020, they joined iDeals Solutions Group as the Interim Chief Financial Officer, a role they held until May 2023.
Currently, Yuri is the VP of Finance at Room 8 Group, starting from June 2023.
Notably, they have also been an Adjunct Professor Of Finance at Lviv Business School of UCU (LvBS) since April 2018.
