Kate Flather is an accomplished Creative Director with extensive experience in the marketing and advertising sectors. Currently serving as Creative Director at Rooster Punk since 2019, Kate previously held the same title at Earnest from 2013 to 2019, where notable campaigns were developed for various clients. Prior to that, Kate was Head of Copy at Kitcatt Nohr from 2008 to 2013, contributing to award-winning projects across multiple media formats. Additional experience includes freelance copywriting, senior account management roles at Tangible Financial, Bray Leino, and BCLO, as well as an early career at Carlson Marketing Group. Kate holds a degree from the University of Bristol.
