Rose Wells has been in the tech industry since 2004. Rose began their career at Charles Schwab as a Project Manager for the Risk Management Department. In 2004, they moved to Financial Engines and worked as a Project Manager. From 2006 to 2015, they held various roles at BlackRock, including Global Head of Client & Portfolio Data, Director of COO for Multi-Asset Client Solutions, and Principal, Project Manager. In 2015, they joined The Boon Group, Inc. as an Implementation Manager. In 2016, they moved to Q2ebanking as a Senior Software Release Manager, and in 2021, they began working at Roostify as a Senior Release Manager.
