Hashini Withana

Hashini Withana is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, currently serving as Tech Lead - Quality Assurance at Rootcode since March 2022, following a tenure at CodeGen International where roles included Associate Quality Assurance Lead. With a strong foundation in analyzing business requirements, sprint planning, and test case creation and execution using tools such as Test Link and JIRA, Hashini has actively contributed to various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. Previous positions include Quality Assurance Engineer roles at Calcey Technologies and Xavient Digital, where responsibilities encompassed both manual and automated testing, defect management, and conducting test case review meetings. Hashini holds a Master’s degree in Information Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology.
