Katelyn Toms

Katelyn Toms is a skilled professional with extensive experience in technical education, support, and retail management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Education & Support at Roots since July 2023, Katelyn also coaches figure skating for Skate Canada since September 2017. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager of POS and Store Systems at Holt Renfrew from May 2022 to July 2023, and a series of managerial positions at Roots from October 2011 to May 2022. Earlier work experience includes managing a store for Roadtrip Clothing and serving as a Sales Associate at Trustfund Boutique, along with a summer internship in Information Technology Services with Limestone District School Board. Katelyn holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences with a major in Public Administration from the University of Ottawa.
