Pauline Landriault is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in store design and construction, currently serving as Senior Director of Store Design/Upgrade & Construction at Roots since 1988, where leadership has been demonstrated on 74 projects contributing to the US and Canada growth strategy and earning a Global Shop Gold Award in 2017 for new store design. Previously, Pauline held roles such as Senior Director of Visual Planning & Store Development, overseeing 150 projects and in-store visual merchandising, and Director of Store Design & Construction, leading 49 projects. Earlier career highlights include serving as Producer of Creative Strategy at Bruce Mau Design from 2001 to 2005, where significant projects included collaborations with Frank Gehry Architects for Saks Fifth Avenue and new showroom design for Samsung. Pauline co-founded Babel Clothing in 1985, working alongside industrial designer Karim Rashid. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Architecture from Carleton University, completed in 1983.
