Frederic Smagghe

Frederic Smaghe is an experienced professional in the engineering and manufacturing sectors, with a career at Roquette spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Head of Global Engineering and Technology, Frederic has held various leadership positions within the company, including Head of Manufacturing for European plants (excluding France) and the Americas, as well as roles such as Plant Manager and Polyols Operations Director. Prior to his work at Roquette, Frederic served as Project and Development Director at Roquette UK Limited from 2004 to 2007 and held multiple positions at Roquette from 1990 to 2004, focusing on maintenance, construction, and technical management. Frederic holds an Executive MBA from 2004 and a degree in engineering from Icam - Institut Catholique d'Arts et Métiers, obtained in 1989.
