Armando Ruiz, MBA, currently serves as the Assistant Controller at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants since July 2023. Prior to this role, Armando held the position of Controller at Mighty Quinn's Barbeque from October 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities also included serving as Accounting Manager. Armando holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from Montclair State University, earned between 2013 and 2015, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting from DeSales University, obtained between 2005 and 2008.
