Peter has worked at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants since January 2019, with previous experience at Crown Diner Restaurant and Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar. Peter is skilled in overseeing general operations, hiring and onboarding employees, managing financials, and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art/Art Studies from Coastal Carolina University.
