Michael Touff

Michael Touff recently retired as senior vice president and general counsel of M.D.C. Holdings, Inc. (MDC), a Denver-based New York Stock Exchange listed homebuilder. MDC builds and sells single-family homes throughout the United States. Prior to joining MDC, he practiced law in Denver with Ireland, Stapleton, Pryor & Pascoe, and with Holmes & Starr.

Michael has been a trustee of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Denver since 1980 and is a board member of the Rocky Mountain Immigrant Advocacy Network and the Bell Policy Center. He has served as a trustee of a number of community nonprofits including most recently, the MDC/Richmond American Homes Foundation. He is currently a member of the Foundation’s Audit Committee and served as a member of the Education Committee.
