Steven M Garcia is a seasoned project and program management professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Management Consultant at Rose International, Steven is focused on the cyber recovery of healthcare applications and data center migration. Previously, as a Program Manager at OpenText, Steven managed software deployments and coordinated cross-functional teams.
