Chris Kleinhuizen, MBA has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. From 2008 to 2013, they worked at H.O. Bostrom Company as an Engineering Intern and later as a Design Engineer. In 2013, they joined Rosenbauer America as a Project Engineer and then took on roles with increasing responsibility, including ARFF Engineering Product Manager and Industrial Product Manager. Currently, they serve as the Chief Engineer - Body Production at Rosenbauer America.

Chris Kleinhuizen obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Engineering Science from Bethel University from 2004 to 2008. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2008 to 2012. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Business Administration, Management and Operations at Bethel University from 2017 to 2019.
