Kevin Minton

Kevin Minton currently serves as the Director of Quality at Rosenbauer America since May 2025. Prior to this role, Kevin held positions including Director of Operations at Schuette Metals from January 2021 to April 2025 and Corporate Quality Systems Manager at Pioneer Metal Finishing from October 2016 to January 2021. Additionally, Kevin was the Quality Control Manager and Radiation Safety Officer at Tyco Fire Products from November 2010 to October 2016, and Quality Manager at Guardian Industries Corp. from 2005 to 2010. Earlier in Kevin's career, roles included Quality Manager at Advantage Plating Inc. and Plating Manager at Seleco Inc. Kevin earned a Master of Science in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics/Business Administration from Rocky Mountain College.
