As the Managing Director of Rosenbauer Rovereto Srl since 2016, Francesco successfully executed a turnaround plan that increased annual turnover from €7 million to €13 million and returned the business to profitability through strategic restructuring and cost reduction. Previous roles include Product Manager at Rosenbauer, where Francesco led the merger of the CTE Fire Division and managed product development and marketing strategies, as well as Brand Manager and Area Manager at CTE SpA, which involved strengthening brand presence and expanding the firefighting platforms business internationally. Francesco co-founded Skyline Srl, achieving significant market penetration in multiple countries, and began a career as a Junior Area Manager at Cela Industry, where essential sales and management skills were developed.
