James J. Ramp has extensive experience in the investment banking sector. James J. currently holds the position of Managing Director of Investment Banking at Rosenblatt Securities. Prior to this, they served as the Head of US Investment Banking and ECM at Berenberg Capital Markets for five years. James J. also worked as a Managing Director at BNY Mellon, Northland Capital Markets, Boenning & Scattergood, and Susquehanna International Group, where they held various leadership roles in investment banking.

James J. Ramp completed their BS in Finance at Saint Joseph's University in 1986. James J. then pursued further education at The Wharton School from 1994 to 1997, where they completed the Securities Industry (SIFMA) Management Program in Business Administration and Management. Later on, from 2001 to 2002, James obtained an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University - Erivan K. Haub School of Business.
