Ernesto Hughes

Ernesto Hughes is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Housekeeping at Davidson Hospitality Group since February 2023. With a robust background in housekeeping management, Ernesto has held key positions such as Opening Director of Housekeeping at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Westin Hotels & Resorts, where responsibilities included participating in the pre-opening process. Additionally, Ernesto has a strong tenure at Hilton Nashville Downtown, successfully managing the housekeeping department in a 330 all-suite hotel and achieving ten consecutive outstanding Hilton Quality Assurance inspections. Ernesto's career began at CAPREDE as an Accounting Clerk, and education was pursued at Universidad Autónoma de Centro América. Current endeavors also include working as a Spanish Latin America Coach Tutor at Rosetta Stone since April 2020.
