Pavel Mikhaylov

Pavel Mikhaylov, CFA has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Pavel started their career at Evrofinance Mosnarbank as a Manager in 2006. After that, they joined TNK-BP in 2007 where they held various roles, including Section Head in the Strategy & Planning - Corporate Finance Department and Manager in Corporate Finance. During their tenure at TNK-BP, Pavel was involved in negotiating and structuring syndicated and bilateral loans, preparing Eurobond issuances, and developing and implementing corporate finance strategies. Pavel also participated in M&A workgroups and played a role in structuring deals in multiple jurisdictions. Pavel then moved to Rosneft in 2013, where they served as a Project Director in Project & Structured Finance and later became the Deputy Head of DCM & Loans.

Pavel Mikhaylov attended Moscow State Linguistic University from 1997 to 2002, where they studied Economics. Pavel has also obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification.
