Victor Knorre

Victor Knorre has over 30 years of work experience in the field of IT and communications. Victor'smost recent position was as an IT Project Manager at Rosneft, where they oversaw the implementation of 10 IT projects and supervised specialized subsidiaries. Prior to that, they served as the Head of IT and Communications at Gazprom Neft, where they organized the work of an IT integrator for servicing the IT infrastructure and participated in the construction of various fields. Before that, they worked as the Deputy Branch Director for IT and Communications at RN-Inform, overseeing the work of an IT integrator in multiple regions and participating in the development of the Vankor field. Victor also gained experience in the judicial department and department of justice before transitioning to the IT sector.

Victor Knorre obtained a Master's degree (specialist) in Mathematics and Computer Science from Krasnoyarsk State University, which they attended from 1986 to 1993. Victor also has additional certifications in Project Management, ITIL v3 Operational Support and Analysis, and Primavera Administration and Maintenance, obtained from Project Management University and IT Expert in the years 2007, 2012, and 2016 respectively.
