Victor Novikov

Victor Novikov has a strong background in the energy/oil industry, particularly in cementing. Victor began their career at Halliburton as an Operator Assistant in 2004 and worked their way up to become a Technical Professional and then an Associate Technical Professional before leaving in 2007. Novikov then moved on to Cementing, Integra Group where they served as a Lead Technical Professional from 2007 to 2010, providing job design, well support, and training to junior engineers. Victor returned to Halliburton International Inc in 2010 as a Senior Technical Professional, specializing in cementing. Novikov then joined Rosneft in 2014 as a Project Manager.

Victor Novikov completed their education in the field of petroleum engineering with a focus on the development of offshore oil and gas fields. From 1996 to 2000, they attended Murmansk State Technical University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Following that, they pursued further studies at Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) from 2000 to 2002, earning a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering.
