Todd is a digital-first marketing leader with 20 years of experience creating marketing systems built around effective strategic planning, compelling content, and operational efficiency.

Prior to joining Ross as VP of Marketing, career highlights include work with Cineplex, the Canadian Olympic Team (including on-site marketing at the Olympic Games in Sochi and Rio), and Anheuser-Busch/Budweiser (implementing marketing innovation programs with the company’s pro sports partners including NHL, MLB, NASCAR and NFL). He also spent the first half of his career in the agency world, directing content and interactive projects for the likes of Adobe, Intel, and Adidas.

Todd is a graduate from the Vancouver Film School and holds an Executive Master’s from UCLouvain (with thesis focused on the emerging viability of live streaming sports), along with recent certification in Product Marketing from the Product Marketing Alliance and Growth Marketing from the CXL Institute.

Todd calls the Hamilton/Niagara region home, where he lives with his wife and two children.
