Jiří Bajer is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and leadership, particularly in Python and machine learning applications. Currently serving as a Tech Lead and Python Developer at Rossum, focusing on Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Named Entity Recognition for invoices, Jiří has held several key roles across various companies, including Software Architect at Born Digital and Rossum, where significant improvements in deployment, packaging, and CI processes were achieved. Jiří also has experience in organizing meetups for PyData Prague, contributing to fundraising and speaker recruitment. Previous positions include leading teams at LMC and participating in fraud detection at ThreatMark, as well as engaging in customer-focused solutions at Y Soft Corporation and energy consumption predictions at CYGNI SOFTWARE.
