Hans Månsson Rantzow has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Hans currently holds the position of Group CFO at Rosti Group since October 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Finance & IT Director at Trelleborg Seals & Profiles from January 2021 to October 2023. From November 2018 to January 2021, they worked at Sandvik where they held the role of Finance & Business Control Manager, responsible for finance, business control, and real estate. Before that, they were at Trelleborg Marine Systems from September 2016 to October 2018, serving as the Business Unit Controller and later as the Controller for BA Offshore & Construction. In their earlier career, they were a Business Unit Controller at Trelleborg Engineered Coated Fabrics from March 2012 to October 2016, and a Plant Controller from May 2010 to March 2012. Hans began their career at Trelleborg Group as a Group Finance Controller from March 2005 to April 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Controller/Accountant at Wapnö AB from August 2004 to March 2005. Throughout their career, Hans has demonstrated their expertise in finance, business control, and accounting in various leadership positions within multinational companies.
Hans Månsson Rantzow pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Management Control from Halmstad University, which they completed from 2000 to 2003. Afterward, in 2003, they attended the University of Worcester for a course in Strategic Marketing and European Business. In the following year, they enrolled at Lund University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Management and Cost Analysis in 2004.
