Jacek Lubowicki, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jacek is currently the Managing Director of Rosti UK, a global plastics injection moulding company and contract manufacturer. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing the operations of the UK facility. Prior to this, Jacek held the position of Sales and Marketing Director for Eastern Europe at Rosti, where they were in charge of managing the sales pipeline and account management in facilities located in Poland and Romania. Jacek has also worked as a Key Account and Business Development Manager, Business Development Manager, Innovation and Sales Development Manager, and Commercial Project Manager at the company.
Before joining Rosti, Jacek worked as a Program Manager at Lacroix Electronics, where they managed programs within the company. Jacek also held various roles at Flextronics Poland, including Project Manager, Global Engineering Changes Coordinator, Engineering Change Order Coordinator, and Process Engineer.
Jacek's experience has equipped him with a strong background in sales and marketing, business development, program management, and engineering. Jacek has consistently demonstrated their ability to drive successful outcomes and add value to the organizations they have worked for.
Jacek Lubowicki, MBA completed their Executive MBA from The Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, from 1998 to 2003, they obtained their M.Sc. degree in Engineering from Gdańsk University of Technology, specializing in Electronics of Radiofrequency.
