Simran Barn is a seasoned Quantitative Developer at Rothesay, with experience dating back to 2011 in various technology roles across prestigious financial institutions. Prior to joining Rothesay in July 2018, Simran served as a Software Engineer at Bell Rock Capital Management LLP, focusing on cash equities discretionary trading, and as a Senior Associate in the Technology Division at J.P. Morgan, specializing in tradable indices. Simran's career began at Goldman Sachs, where roles included Associate in the Technology Division for synthetic equity and as an Analyst in prime services. Additional experience includes a Vice President and Treasurer position at the Imperial College Finance Society and an internship at Deutsche Bank within the repo trading technology division. Simran holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computing from Imperial College London.
