Prior to this, a significant tenure at Janus Henderson Investors included a six-month secondment to the Denver office, enhancing U.S operations. Earlier experience as a recruitment consultant at Gravitas Recruitment Group provided foundational expertise in delivering recruitment services. Sophia’s core skills include various facets of testing and quality assurance, alongside a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Geography from the University of Reading.
