Nima Hakim

Nima Hakim currently serves as the Global Director/Head of Strategy for Chemical, Process & Industrial at Rotork since November 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Business Development and Strategic Marketing Manager at IDEXX, where a cross-functional team achieved 30% above target results. Previously, Nima held various positions at The Lubrizol Corporation, including Global Marketing and Business Development Manager and Global Strategy Manager, leading product line growth and managing efficiency improvements. Nima's expertise spans technology management and research roles, including a PhD in nanocomposite and polymer engineering from The University of Toledo and an Executive MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School. Nima co-founded Bita Farayand Consulting Company and has held engineering positions with significant contributions to process design in the oil and gas sector.
