Previously, Ryan held the role of Head of Customer Experience & Business Transformation at phs Group, where responsibilities included enhancing customer journeys for over 90,000 clients across multiple locations, leading strategic initiatives for growth, and implementing customer feedback systems. With extensive experience at Wessex Water, Ryan advanced through various roles from Customer Experience Manager to Head of Wholesale Customer Services, delivering industry-leading customer experiences and overseeing significant billing operations. Ryan began a career in media as a Digital Sub-editor at Press Association after earning a BA in Journalism Studies from the University of Sheffield.
