Neil Cuggy is an experienced executive and investor with a diverse background in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as an Investor and CEO Advisor at ROU Partners, Neil is involved with Uruguay's first Search Fund. As President and COO of Goodfood Market since December 2014, Neil contributes to building a $1 billion holding company focused on next-generation brands and has played a vital role in establishing Goodfood as a leader in the Canadian dinner subscription market. Neil is also a Co-Founder of MTL Capital, which aims to acquire and manage Canadian businesses with annual revenues between $5 million and $30 million. Additionally, Neil holds an investor and board member position at Blue Valley South, a retreat designed for health and well-being. Previous experience includes investment banking at RBC Capital Markets and earlier roles at Ulysses Management LLC and Manulife Financial. Neil holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Honours in Investment Management from McGill University.
