Jem Roberto Acosta is a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in database management and technical support. Currently serving as an SQL Support Officer at Roubler since July 2021, Jem previously held multiple roles at Maersk Drilling from December 2015 to June 2020, including Senior Associate IFS Database Replication and Monitoring Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed providing first-level support for various applications. Prior to this, Jem worked as a Desktop Support specialist at Visaya Knowledge Process Outsourcing Corporation and as an IT Support Engineer at Amalgamated Motors Phils Inc., focusing on network configuration, report generation systems, and database connectivity.
