Rajay Naik

Rajay Naik is Chief Executive Officer of Skilled Education – the leading enabler of online learning for universities, enterprises and governments. Skilled enjoys a formidable track record of boosting skills, employability and revenue at partners including the University of Cambridge, the LSE and NHS. They also lead the upskilling of over one million SME leaders on behalf of HM Treasury and BEIS via the Help To Grow programme.

Rajay was formerly global CCO of Study Group, the world’s largest pathway provider. Previously he was Founder and international CEO of Keypath Education which operates the online degrees of the University of Exeter, Aston University, RMIT and others and is now publicly listed. Rajay served as Director of The Open University for five years where he was co-founder of the FutureLearn MOOC platform.

Amongst his non-executive roles, Rajay was one of five members on the Independent Review of Higher Education Funding and Student Finance chaired by Lord Browne, Chairman of UK funding at the National Lottery Community Fund which invests over £1.5bn per year, board member of the UK-ASEAN Business Council, associate director at Coventry City Football Club, non-executive of Pay.UK and co-author of Learner Voice.

Rajay continues to serve as Chairman of the UK Commission on Lifelong Learning and Governor of the Ditchley Foundation.
