Jim Lefevre

Jim LeFevre is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Talent Management at Roush since March 2018. In this role, Jim leads a team focused on continuous performance management, skill development, onboarding, employee engagement, succession planning, and strategic career development. Prior to Roush, Jim held various positions at Johnson Controls from 2005 to 2017, including Senior Program Manager and Global Program Director for the Engineering Academy, where responsibilities included launching a learning and development program for over 4,000 engineers and improving a globally aligned product development process. Jim holds a B.S. in Packaging and Material Science from Michigan State University.
